T he right to a fair trial is a fundamental human right. It means that if you are accused of a crime, you have the right to a trial in which you can defend yourself. This right is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in many other international and national laws. Sadly, this right is not always respected. In many countries, poor and disadvantaged people are often denied a fair trial. They may not have the money to pay for a lawyer, or they may be unable to get a fair hearing because of their social status. Global warming is a big problem and it needs to be taken seriously before it’s too late. The majority of my country, America is not doing enough to combat global warming. I would like the world to know what America is doing and what you can do at home to help lower our carbon footprint and find solutions for this problem.  The brain is an organ and as such it needs to function well in order to be able to do its job properly. In the case of mental health, this means that we need to make sure that we are not working with someone who has anxiety in a room that is too hot or too cold. We also need to be conscious of how we are scheduling the work which affects whether the person with anxiety will have a panic attack. Climate change is a long-term shift in global or regional climate patterns. Often climate change refers specifically to the rise in global temperatures from the mid-20th century to present. The COP-21 Paris Agreement limiting greenhouse gas emissions was a major achievement on the road to meeting the threat of climate change. How jihadist terrorist organizations are changing: The line between ideological jihadist terrorism and criminality is becoming increasingly unclear. Unlike their earlier counterparts, many contemporary jihadists have not been radicalized and motivated to become operational over a long period of time.  India's economy is facing severe crisis. As indicated by the Advance Estimates of the National Statistical Office, the development of the GDP will be 5% in 2019-20 in genuine terms; numerous private forecasters have put the figure even lower. It is a lofty tumble from the 2016-17 development pace of 8.2%.
