Importance of Mental Health


 The brain is an organ and as such it needs to function well in order to be able to do its job properly. In the case of mental health, this means that we need to make sure that we are not working with someone who has anxiety in a room that is too hot or too cold. We also need to be conscious of how we are scheduling the work which affects whether the person with anxiety will have a panic attack.

In the case of stress and adhd, we need to make sure that there is a calm environment for them and give them tasks which focus on specific skillsets. This can range from something like data entry or proofreading which has very specific steps with little room for interruptions from other things happening in the background.

The World Health Organization has already classified mental illness as a global health challenge.

Mental health problems can be a result of many different factors, and the most common ones are stress, anxiety, and depression.

People with adhd also have their own set of mental health challenges that they have to deal with.

Mental health is the most common issue that people face in today's world. It is also the most ignored.

It's not just about being a broken person and living in your own misery. Mental health is what makes you happy and productive!

People use to think it was just stress and anxiety but now mental health covers a lot more than that such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and schizophrenia etc.

The important thing to remember is that mental health should never be ignored - if you are feeling depressed or anxious then there's probably something going on.

Mental health is the key to success. A lot of us are trying to do too many things at once and taking on more than our body can handle.

The best way to stay healthy is by balancing our life and looking after ourselves.

The five levels are:

1) Mental wellness: Levels with no indication of a mental disorder.

2) Mild mental disorders: These levels have limited effects on thoughts and behaviors that occur in healthy people.

3) Moderate disorders: These levels have more intense effects on thoughts and behaviors that occur in healthy people.

4) Severe disorders: Symptoms such as delusions or hallucinations appear at this severity level.
